The Feldenkrais Method®


(All classes are online using Zoom.)

The Feldenkrais Method® uses measured, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and well-being. Students are guided verbally through a sequence of movements, encouraging them to move with gentle attention within a comfortable range. As you focus your attention to the improving quality of movement, unnecessary muscular tensions throughout the body can reorganize and release. Classes and private sessions are available online.

Who can Feldenkrais help?

Anyone who:

  • is experiencing chronic pain

  • is recovering from an injury

  • is stressed or anxious

  • is experiencing depression

  • has tried other modalities but still struggles to find relief

  • wants to potentially avoid a procedure or surgery that isn’t absolutely necessary
